The AEF-400 Batch Fryer has an automatic lift-up bucket conveyor and uses a centrifugal action in removing excess oil of the fried snacks down to 17% – 20% oil content, defeating the traditional continuous fryers that reduce excess oil down to 26% – 30% oil content only.
