The Chocolate Vacuum Absorption Machine is a PLC controlled programmable unit to support your High Quality Assurance Standard concept. Since it is programmable, any changes in the production process, such as soaking time, vacuum time, speed of centrifuge, time of rotation, can be repeated automatically and no human intervention will affect your product standard.

Chocolate being a high-price material may need to be adjusted by adding CBS and other additional materials like milk and sugar. With the use of “Vacuum and Centrifuge” concept, our unit can adopt to the changes of liquid chocolate viscosity to sustain production, resulting from formulation changes. Our system is different from other system since we utilize combination of vacuum and centrifuge in the process to make sure the required chocolate penetration to the product is achieved.
