E-SERIES 2D SINGLE LAYER LINE

Cooked dough is sheeted to desired thickness and desired pattern by sets of sheeting rollers. Sheeting speed is con­trolled by synchronized proportional speed controller to meet cooking rate and to synchronize the cooling conveyor and dough winding device.

Feeding and sheeting rollers are coated with (Teflon) to prevent themselves from sticking. Equipped dough sheet slitting device (optional) slits off edges at both sides, which are then fed back to cooking section.
