The 11-Layer Drying/Cooling Conveyor  is equipped with a steam coil air heater. It is Inverter-Controlled and synchronized with the speed of the Dough Sheeter  to  avoid tearing the dough sheet. It heats up the drying air for the first 8 layers to dry the surface of the dough sheet then cools it down in the last 3 layers. At the end of the discharge conveyor, it can be  connected to the Dough Sheet Winder for Single Layer Snack Production or to the Doubling Machine  for Double Layer Snack Production.
