(APD-200) FINISHING DRYER

Flavor & Seasoning System

The Finishing Dryer rapidly dries up the water-based liquid or syrup-type seasoning coated to the coated nuts, snacks/cereal products. Coated nuts, snacks or cereals are levelled at the in-feed section of the conveyor. It is conveyed to the drying chamber which has three temperature zones. Each zone is equipped with a high velocity centrifugal blower and an LPG (or natural gas) burner for hot air circulation. Drying temperature is normally 80-120 °C and standard travelling time throughout the chamber is 30 to 40 minutes.
